We map the whole shop
Two to three hours with you and whoever touches intake, a quote, or a renewal. Every tool, where information comes in, every hand it passes through, hours per week.

Findings within a week
A written map, the hours per week, and a ranked list of what to fix first. We walk through it together. The findings are yours either way.

Then I build
Paper and flow first. Plain scripts before live AI. Web apps only after the flow is fixed. Client-facing work first, because that's what your clients feel.

Not just the tools above
Those are proof I can build. When an off-the-shelf product is the right answer, I pick it, wire it in and put guardrails on it. And not everything should be automated. Part of the job is saying which steps stay with a person.
Who's behind it
Chris Cordon
Seventeen years selling health benefits to owners and their employees. I've sold to a five-person shop and to enterprise buyers with six people at the table who each had to say yes. Both taught me where the work actually piles up.
I ran my own brokerage before my last employed role, so I know what a small shop looks like from the owner's chair: hand-filled applications, renewals, the Q4 scramble.
I'm not a developer. I taught myself to make AI do the work of a team, then built everything on this page for my own shop. Now I build it for agencies like yours.
